Who we are
Nimbigo is provided by [legal company name, company number, registered address]. For data protection questions contact [privacy email]. ICO registration: [number].
Two roles
When you visit this website or ask for a demo, we decide how your details are used (we are the controller). When a business uses the Nimbigo app, that business controls its own staff and job data and we process it on its behalf (we are its processor), under a data processing agreement.
What we collect on this website
- Details you give us in the demo form: name, work email, company, team size, plan interest and your message.
- Basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider to keep the site secure.
We do not use advertising cookies. [Confirm analytics choice; if any analytics is added, describe it here and in a cookie notice.]
Why we use it
To reply to your request and tell you about Nimbigo (legitimate interests). You can ask us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run Nimbigo, such as hosting (Cloudflare), database and sign-in (Supabase) and [email provider]. Some may process data outside the UK; where they do, we use approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
Demo requests: [e.g. 24 months] after our last contact, unless you become a customer.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
